Core Focus Areas
Gut health, relationship with food, and sustainable habit chanhge
Gut Health
Gut health is greatly impacted by the gut microbiome, which is the millions of microorganisms like bacteria that work collaboratively to aid in our digestion, nutrient absorption, hormonal balance, and even mental/emotional health through the gut-brain axis.
This is why an unbalanced gut can leave us feeling depleted in numerous areas.
Examples of this imbalance could be:
Bloating
Excess gas
Diarrhea
Constipation
Abdominal pain
IBS
Digestive Issues
Anxiety
Chronic stress
Brain fog
Low energy
Negative perception of food
Emotional eating
Mental & Emotional
Mood
Irritability
Mood swings
Trouble concentrating
Chronic fatigue
If you’re experiencing any of these symptoms or feel you want to improve your relationship with food and build sustainable habits, my coaching program may be for you!
Relationship with Food
Our relationship with food is greatly impacted by numerous things, including our environment, mental/emotional state, and our perception of food. Oftentimes, people have certain ideas about food, such as “good” and “bad” food or that they have to have extreme diets to achieve their desired wellness. Along with this, people can often attach emotions and mental states with eating, such as eating if they feel sad. This is where mindful eating comes in. Mindful eating is listening to your body, focusing on nutritional foods, and not putting stigma on food or yourself.
Sustainable Habits
Considering gut health and relationship with food, another core focus area is building sustainable habits. These are habits that are individualized and realistic for your life. Wellness is a journey, and implementing small habit changes overtime will lead you to the wellness you want in your life!

“Mindful eating replaces self-criticism with self-nurturing. It replaces shame with respect for your own inner wisdom.”
– Jan Chozen Bays
