Bi-weekly, 60-minute 1:1 coaching for 6 months with chat, call, and video call support.

    • Short/long-term regulation that supports wellness with ADHD, such as:

      • Building resilience/confidence

      • Emotional regulation

      • Executive dysfunction

      • Mindfulness

      • Nervous system regulation

    • Learning how ADHD impacts your life and how to adapt, long-term

    • Developing a flexible lifestyle for ADHD

    • Monthly body doubling sessions (if wanted)

  • Personalized, private portal for health tracking, such as physical activity, nutrition, journaling, and more.

This is for you if you want support, accountability, and lifestyle tools/strategies for long-term wellness with ADHD.
