What is the Gut-Brain Connection?
The gut-brain axis is a type of communication like a two-way street for our body to transport messages linking our central nervous system & digestive tract. Within this connection, four main systems work together: the gut microbiome, the enteric nervous system, the vagus nerve, and the endocrine system. They work collaboratively & have been found to greatly impact wellness.

This 6-week program is focused on setting the building blocks to develop the lifestyle and wellness you want. We work together to implement lasting habit change and nutritious foods to “reset” your gut-brain connection.
I work with you to determine YOUR goals, provide complete support, and help create sustainable change. Here are things that are included in this program:
Weekly 90-minute sessions discussing progress, goal-setting, and goal-attaining.
Chat and journal options to gain continuous support and track your own progress.
On-going metrics, food/water, and activity tracking.
