From someone who has experienced chronic stress, gut issues, and being stuck in a fixed mindset, I get it. This is something that greatly impacted my day-to-day life. A few years ago, I decided that I needed to make a change. I stopped telling myself that I couldn’t do this, and started focusing on what I could do. I began introducing healthier foods and exercise into my life one step at a time. This is where my interest in health and nutrition truly began, as the change I experienced impacted every aspect of my life.

As I began introducing these healthier habits to lose weight, I was shocked at how attainable weight loss really was. With that being said, I realized that this change wasn’t only impacting my weight. As time went on, I saw that my mental, physical, and overall well-being had shifted. I lost gut issues, gained energy, reduced my stress and brain fog, and even reduced my negative hormonal symptoms!

Hey there, I am Alexis, a certified holistic health coach!

If you’re someone who can relate to this and you’re ready for a change, support may be all you need to make it happen!

Why I Chose Coaching:

This personal experience led me to want to help others achieve the same goals. I decided to study nutrition and holistic wellness on top of my education in psychology. Coaching has become the perfect avenue for me to not only share my experience and what I have learned, but also to help guide and support others in their transformation!

My coaching approach and program focus on individualized and integrative 1:1 coaching to provide guidance and support needed for true habit change. Change can be hard, trust me, I get it! Those who work with me not only have the resources for change but also have continuous support and encouragement through coaching so they can see genuine and sustainable change in their life!
