From someone who has experienced chronic stress, changing energy levels, gut issues, and feeling stuck, I get it. For years of my life, I didn’t know what was “wrong”. There were days when doing the dishes was too much. When just getting started for the day felt overwhelming. Until I found out I had ADHD, and everything changed, especially for my wellness. Nothing was wrong; I just needed a lifestyle that worked for me.

A few years ago, I began introducing healthier foods and movement into my life one step at a time. I had to be realistic, making sure the goals I had would work with my life, long-term. I also implemented strategies to manage ADHD, helping me focus, stay motivated, and craft my wellness goals and routines realistically. The change I experienced impacted every aspect of my life.

As I began introducing these wellness goals, I saw that my mental, physical, and overall well-being had shifted. I lost the gut issues, gained more consistent energy, started regulating my stress and brain fog, and even reduced my negative hormonal symptoms. And I have continued to this day!

Hey there, I am Alexis, a certified holistic health coach!

Why I Chose Coaching:

This personal experience led me to want to help others achieve the same. While studying psychology, I decided to study nutrition and holistic wellness as well. Coaching has become the perfect avenue for me to not only share my experience and what I have learned and continue to learn, but also to help guide and support others in their own transformation!

My coaching approach and program focus on individualized and integrative 1:1 coaching to provide guidance and support needed for true, sustainable change. Those who work with me not only have the resources for change but also have continuous support and encouragement through coaching so they can see genuine and sustainable change in their life!
