Our gut health and stress/energy are very closely connected through the gut-brain connection. Have you ever felt “butterflies” in your stomach when you were anxious or anticipating something? Or maybe you notice that you have constant brain fog or low energy? Oftentimes, we don’t even realize our guts are impacting our stress/energy and vice versa. Within my coaching programs, we dive into rebalancing the gut through the 5R method, implementing sustainable nutrition, and regulating stress/energy levels.

Mindset + Mindfulness
Are you ready to rebalance your gut, calm your stress, and reframe your mindset?
A growth mindset is the belief that our qualities (intelligence, talents, etc.) are able to be changed. Mindfulness involves putting yourself in the present moment, focusing on your environment, your current thoughts, and physical sensations. Pairing mindfulness and a growth mindset is a powerful tool that can help a person to manage negative self talk and negative thought patterns, be more resilient through change or setbacks, embrace challenges and opportunities to learn, reduce chronic stress, and promote all around balanced growth.
These three areas are so impactful for our holistic wellness, which is why they are the focus of my coaching!

This coaching program is 3-months long with bi-weekly coaching sessions. We work on the fundamentals of gut health and stress regulation through sustainable lifestyle shifts!

This coaching program is 6 months long with bi-weekly coaching sessions. We work more in-depth on the same areas as the “Gut-Stress Reset” program. We also work on developing a growth mindset and pairing that with mindfulness!
