We target gut health and healing through the 5R method (remove, replace, reinoculate, repair, and rebalance). We also address creating a balanced relationship with food!

Our gut and brain are in a two-way communication system, influencing each other tremendously through our nervous system (vagus nerve), hormones (like cortisol, insulin, and estrogen), and gut microorganisms. This connection impacts so many areas of wellness, physically, mentally, and emotionally, especially stress, gut health, and mindset! That’s why these are my three pillars in my coaching!

We focus on stress regulation through stress-management techniques like 5-5-10 breathing, meditation, immersing in nature, and journaling.

We work together to shift limiting mindsets by identifying negative thought patterns, building resilience for change, and becoming open to growth.
