What is ADHD?
Put simply, ADHD is a condition that impacts executive function, emotional regulation, focus, memory and causes low levels of dopamine/norepinephrine.
Not all wellness routines and goals are created equal, and there is no ideal wellness or lifestyle. You need goals and a routine that actually works with you and your life. One that is flexible, working with your energy levels, nourishing your body, and creating the wellness you want in your life!

Our gut health and stress are very closely connected through the gut-brain connection. Have you ever felt “butterflies” in your stomach when you were anxious or anticipating something? Oftentimes, we don’t even realize our guts are impacting our stress and vice versa. Within my coaching programs, we dive into rebalancing the gut through the 5R method, implementing sustainable nutrition, and regulating stress/energy levels. We also focus on a mindset built for wellness. We focus on mindfulness, putting yourself in the present moment, building resilience, and working on emotional regulation.
