Our gut health and stress are very closely connected through the gut-brain connection. Have you ever felt “butterflies” in your stomach when you were anxious or anticipating something? Oftentimes, we don’t even realize our guts are impacting our stress and vice versa. Within my coaching programs, we dive into rebalancing the gut through the 5R method, implementing sustainable nutrition, and regulating stress, emotions, and energy levels. We also focus on building a lifestyle for wellness by focusing on other holistic wellness areas such as movement, sleep, and more. Having a lifestyle that actually works with you is so important, since it makes sure that your wellness is sustainable, long-term!
